Migration Studies (2020 cohort)

I received a B.A. in Sociology from Southwestern University in Texas, U.S.A., and an MSc in Impact Evaluation for International Development from the University of East Anglia.  Since then, my work has involved researching the effectiveness of different interventions tackling extreme poverty.  Through my research experience in Somaliland, Malawi, and Guatemala, I became better acquainted with the methodological challenges unique to studies involving highly migratory respondents. My latest work with the World Food Programme involves coordinating experimental evaluations in the humanitarian sector and ensuring our research feeds directly back into programming decisions.
