Sociology (2022 cohort)
I am a computational social scientist dedicated to understanding health inequalities in mortality and morbidity, with explainable artificial intelligence. Also, I’m interested in bringing explainability to traditional demographic mortality studies by bridging them with current health inequality research.
My formal training includes degrees in Sociology and Demography, Computational Econometrics, and Computer Science. I am presently a first year DPhil student in Sociology at the University of Oxford, and a persistent Research Assistant and consultant within the Leverhulme Centre for Demographic Science. Besides, I’m an affiliated member of Max-Plank Institute for Demographic Research.
