International Relations (2014 cohort)
I am a doctoral student in International Relations. My research examines the emergence of cyber risks in the Middle East, specifically looking at the relationships between governments, businesses, and international organisations in identifying and responding to cyber risks.
I am interested in political theory, cyber-security, international security, and conceptions of power in international relations. My research aims to challenge both the domestic/international and public/private boundaries that are the mainstay of much IR theory.
I have a BA in Philosophy from Cambridge University and an MSc in Global Governance and Public Policy from Birkbeck College, University of London.
