Grace studies socioenvironmental transitions, with a focus on urban areas and the Latin American region, and uses qualitative and participatory methods. She previously conducted research on UK water infrastructure politics and river pollution for her MSc in Nature, Society and Environmental Governance (distinction). Her DPhil explores alternative urbanisms in Mexico City, specifically looking at the role of gender, commoning and care in small-scale, urban metabolic transitions.
