During my PhD I want to research whether users’ intentions are unambiguously reflected in their online search behaviour and can also easily be derived from it. Furthermore, can search queries be used as distinct predictors for users’ subsequent online actions? My interest areas are: Statistics, Predictive Models, Search Behaviour, Search Engines, Machine Learning.
