Above all else, I am motivated by issues concerning subjective wellbeing. My proposed DPhil research would look at the factors affecting employee wellbeing. Besides statistical analysis, the methodological focus in this is two-fold. First, I look forward to exploring applications of data science techniques to this issue. Second, I am planning to conduct experiments both in the lab and with companies.
