Economic and Social History (2019 cohort)

My MPhil research will focus on the intellectual history of European unity, dating as far back as the seventeenth century, and in particular on how thinkers have envisaged economics playing a role in securing peace on the continent.

Before starting at Oxford, I worked for three years in Paris, Brussels and London, including at the Financial Times, the OECD and the European Parliament. I did my undergraduate studies in Economics, Politics and International Relations at the University of Cambridge.
