Politics (2020 cohort)

My main research interests lie in the impact of climate change on the electoral behaviour of voters and parties. In particular, I am interested in whether ecological threats have a direct effect on people’s voting behaviour and in how parties’ responses to them differ across countries.

I obtained my BA in History, Politics and Economics from University College London (UCL) in 2020. My undergraduate dissertation explored the divergence in the success of the populist radical right between eastern and western Germany. I was included on the Dean’s list for academic excellence. During my time at UCL, I also worked as a research assistant, contributing to studies on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare delivery in the UK.
