My doctoral research focuses on digital labour, the platform economy, algorithmic control, and resistance. In particular, I am interested in examining the growing wave of dissent and social conflict faced by big tech companies around the globe.

I hold a BA in Social Sciences – Media, Politics, Society from the Heinrich Heine University Duesseldorf, Germany, and an MSc in Politics and Communication from the London School of Economics. At the London School of Economics, I was recipient of the Prize for Excellence in MSc Politics and Communication. My doctoral research at the OII is jointly funded by the ESRC and the University of Oxford (Scatcherd European Scholarship).
